Admissions Opened in UP, Colleges will Reopen by August 16

 

Following the covid-protocols, the schools in Uttar Pradesh have decided to reopen their schools from August 16. Physical classes would be started for Classes 9 to 12 initially. There would be two shifts of 4 hours each.

 

The school will be open for students for eight hours a day in total. The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to reopen schools within the state for classes 11, 12 from August 16. Classes are often conducted with 50 percent student capacity, said the Yogi Adityanath government. Colleges and universities have also decided to reopen from September 1. The government has directed colleges and universities to start the admission process from August 5.

 

As per the directions, the UP government said that keeping in sight the controlled situation of corona infection, preparations should be made to start a replacement session altogether for the educational institutions. All the high school and intermediate board results are declared. In such a situation, the method of admission at the graduation level should be started from August 5, it mentioned. The government also will organize special vaccination camps for college kids above the age of 18 years. The educational institutions need to make proper arrangements following Covid-19 protocols- sanitizers, masks, social distancing should be followed.
